God Loves Gays →
A do a lot of writing about LGBTQ issues; this video is a reading of one of my shorter pieces. Basically — and this isn’t, unfortunately, in the video — I can see that there is evidence in the Bible that points to the idea that homosexuality (or at least homoeroticism) is wrong, but there is no evidence that points to the extremist belief that God hates gays or that anyone at all should hate gays; rather, all evidence points to a very basic Christian principle: love all people. Gays are no exception.
Tumblr helped me realize what I did to screw it all up. Now I feel all warm and fuzzy inside.
